Once again Chari for the win!!! Seriously, this is the 4th real estate transaction that Chari has handled for me personally over the course of many years of ownership in the Waveland area and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. She helped me buy this house 20+ years ago, has helped with various aspects of management while it was a rental, and finally sold it in short order and for much more than I ever expected to get for it. Seriously - much more than I expected… she recommended some repairs and improvements, facilitated them as I now live out of state (with extremely fair prices to boot, right in line with my estimates!), kept me informed of feedback from showings, guided me in negotiations when I was about to accept an offer for less than I should have just to be done with the home, and kept me extremely well informed every step of the way. Simply put she handled absolutely every aspect of the sale except the documents that required my signature. I simply cannot say enough positive things about Chari and her team, top notch all the way!
